My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean, and the warm breakfast was good, although they were not ready yet upon arrival. The staff was helpful, although our room was not made up during our 4-night stay, and we were asked to put used towels in a plastic bag when requesting more. The location was very good, near the graduation services we attended, and the hotel's assistance was the best part of our experience. The dining options were a bit limited but still tasty. The facilities were satisfactory, offering what was expected for the price range.
The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the mall and offers easy access from the freeway. The rooms are small and may pose challenges for individuals with mobility devices. The service was exceptional and accommodating, making us feel welcome.
The hotel had a good location, but the rooms were not cleaned during our stay and had a musty smell. The staff were accommodating, especially when we needed to change rooms. The area was convenient but not the best. The dining options were limited but the atmosphere made up for it.
